The shop

The product, not the sum.

The shop is Brandon's second business. It started as the production floor for his daughter's merch store, and it still is: the charms, signs and shirts the store sells are made here, start to finish.

Seven machines share one bench. Each does one thing well. Chained together, they turn a sketch into a finished product in an afternoon: print a jig, print the art, cut it out.

The same bench takes outside work: prototypes, signage and small merch runs.

Recipe 01 · Ex phone charms

  1. 3D-print a jig that holds a grid of acrylic blanks.
  2. UV-print the Ex mark onto every blank in one pass.
  3. Move the jig to the CO2 laser and cut each charm out, lined up to the print.
  4. Pop out a batch of Ex phone charms, edges polished by the beam.

Recipe 02 · Acrylic Ex sign

  1. Start with a clear sheet of acrylic.
  2. UV-print the Ex mark straight onto it.
  3. Cut the sign out on the CO2 laser, lined up to the print.
  4. Lift out a finished sign, edges polished by the beam.
